FAQ
The questions you should ask before handing over a CV.
Does Overture apply for jobs on my behalf?
No. There is no code path that can submit an application. Overture researches roles, companies, and contacts, and drafts outreach for you to edit and send. The application is always your action.
Will my current employer find out?
Not unless you choose to tell them. Block your employer by name and they are never researched, never scored, and never approached. Until you release your identity to a specific employer, what they see carries no name, no company, and no identifying detail.
What happens to my CV and my interview?
Encrypted at rest and in transit. Held only while your account exists. Never used to train any system. You can export everything or delete your account at any time, and the data is erased in full.
Does a formula decide whether I am good enough?
No. Overture does not score you against other candidates or rank you on a leaderboard. It checks whether there is evidence for a direction and whether that evidence can be cited. You see the reasoning behind every recommendation, and you can overrule it.
What if my profile comes out wrong?
You correct it once and the correction holds everywhere. Every field is shown beside the original document, so errors surface where you can catch them. Nothing advances until you confirm the profile.
