Be seen by senior people who are already looking. Quietly.
A listing tells senior professionals researching their next move that you are hiring, in your own words, without moving you up their list.

Paid never re-ranks.
A listed company sits where the candidate's own research put it.

Billed by Stripe. A listing that stops holding keeps its paid time and loses its tag until the postings return. No refunds.
Can a recruitment agency list on behalf of a client?
No. The address must be on the hiring company's own domain, and the postings we check must be that company's.
What if we hire through agencies and have no job board?
Ask for a hand check when you save the claim. A person reads what you send and decides, usually within two working days. Held is the common first outcome, not a refusal.
What does the check read?
Your careers page or job board, by machine, for lead-level and above postings in the functions you named, within the last three weeks. A company with no board gets a narrower paid check of a postings index. Anything unclear goes to a person.
Do we see who looked?
No. You see how many, and how many wrote to you. The candidate decides whether to approach and does so in their own name.
Does paying more put us higher?
No. Nothing a company pays touches the order a candidate sees. Featured adds a showing after the candidate's own list, not inside it.
